Where are you located, and do you deliver?
I'm proudly based in the Blue Mountains! I offer local pickup from my home office in Winmalee, and I also provide delivery and installation services across the mountains—from Glenbrook to Mount Victoria and beyond.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most small-scale print jobs (business cards, flyers, etc.) are ready within 3–5 business days. Larger projects like custom signage or bulk apparel orders typically take 7–14 days depending on the complexity. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know and I’ll do my best to make it happen!
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
I love supporting locals, so I offer low minimums on most items. For apparel and specific signage, some minimums may apply, but I’ll always be upfront about pricing for small runs versus bulk orders.
DESIGN & FILES
What file formats do you accept?
To ensure your prints are crisp and clear, I prefer high-resolution PDF files with fonts outlined.
If you’re unsure, send me what you have and I’ll check it for you.
Can you help me with a design if I don’t have one?
Absolutely! Whether you have a rough sketch or just an idea in your head, I offer design services to help bring your vision to life before I hit the "print" button.
SIGNAGE & APPAREL
What kind of signage is best for the Blue Mountains weather?
Mountain weather can be unpredictable! I use UV-stabilized inks and weather-resistant materials (like ACM or high-grade vinyl) specifically chosen to withstand the damp mists and the harsh Australian sun.
Can I bring in my own shirts for printing?
Since I know and trust the durability and quality of the blank apparel available from my suppliers, unfortunately I don't accept printing on customer supplied apparel.
How do I care for my custom-printed apparel?
To keep your gear looking fresh, I recommend a cold, gentle wash inside out and avoiding the clothes dryer. Never iron directly over the print!

How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to use the Quote Request Form, or you can email me directly at tim@tjprintworks.com with your project details, dimensions, and any artwork you have.
Do you require a deposit?
For some custom orders and large-scale signage, I may ask for a 50% deposit to get the ball rolling, with the balance due upon completion or installation.
